Expert: Don’t Move Rikers, Close It

Former jail official and author of ‘Lockdown on Rikers,’ Mary Buser, tells RT America’s Manila Chan that if the “forces that have driven the misery” aren’t addressed, transferring Rikers inmates elsewhere will merely export its violent culture to community jails.
