She was wrongfully sentenced to life. After serving a FULL SEVEN YEARS, Antoinette Chauke was acquitted in 2016. She obtained a bachelor degree in Theological Ethics while behind bars. And married a co-prisoner. His legal studies in jail, was instrumental in winning her case. Bearing no grudges, the couple now runs a rehab program for prisoners. They shared their inspirational story with reporter Maageketla Mohlabe with SABC News.
