Back on April 29, the day for Misty Lee Wilke of Phoenix probably started like every other. However, the day undoubtedly went left. It is unreported how she learned that her boyfriend was HIV positive, but she did. After learning news that no one in a relationship wants to hear, Wilke took to the streets in her Ford Mustang looking for him. When she found him riding his bike in the street, she put the pedal to the metal, plowing into her diseased beau. The impact sent him rolling across the top of the car until he crashed to the street. Wilke kept it moving as her (likely ex) man lay on the pavement, before getting to his feet and staggering around.
Unbeknownst to Wilke, thanks to cameras installed onto a nearby house by BlueHorse Solutions LLC just a week before, the gruesome act was caught on tape. The footage was posted to Youtube. Today, Wilke faces charges of attempting to commit second-degree murder, leaving the scene and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, after a grand jury indictment, according to WLXT 19. She has pleaded not guilty and has enlisted a public defender for representation.
It was not reported whether Wilke had contracted the HIV virus or not. Check out the video of the hit-and-run below:
