Last year, Brown was locked up for contempt of court after getting loud with a fellow judge. Brown acted as an attorney that day as he planned on representing his client in a child custody case. The presiding judge informed Brown that the case was not on the docket that afternoon. Brown went off, demeaning the judge’s competence and ability.
