Kevin Hart Debuts Nike “Hustle Harts” Signature Sneaker
Entertainers getting a sneaker deal is no new thing. However, that honor has, until now, been reserved for rappers. Starting with Run DMC’s pioneer deal with Adidas back in the day, rappers like Jay Z, 50 Cent, Kanye West, Kendrick Lamar and Drake have gone on to have their own kicks. Last night, superstar actor/jokester Kevin Hart debuted his own signature sneaker made by Nike on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon. This would make Kevin Hart to be the first comedian with his own sneaker line.
Hart made an appearance on Fallon to promote his newest film, Ride Along 2, with Ice Cube. The Philadelphia funnyman made sure to show off his new trainers, believed to be called “Hustle Hats.” Hypebeast describes:
Debuting both a blue and red colorway, the shoe is a mid-top design and boasts a gold Swoosh set atop a white sole.
This is just another footnote in what has been a very accomplished career for Hart. His intense work ethic and comedic prowess has not only led to a $62 million net worth, he has won or been nominated for several sought-after awards such as NAACP Image, Teen Choice, BET and MTV Movie awards. In June, Hart was named as a Hollywood Walk Of Fame inductee along with LL Cool J, Shirley Caesar, Quentin Tarantino, Bruno Mars, Steve Carrell, Cyndi Lauper and others.
