Tuesday, Cleveland Cavaliers phenom, LeBron James finalized his separation from the city of Miami. He sold his 12,178 square foot Coconut Grove mansion in the city where he won two NBA championships with the Heat for $13.4 million. King James originally put the six bedroom, eight and a half bath crib on the market for $17 million in October and was slashed to $15 million in March. Bron still wins, because he only bought the house for $9 million in 2010.
The happy buyers were married Florida real estate investors Timo and Nathalia Kipp. It’s their first time living in an NBA star’s former home. Their previous home was formerly owned by former Miami Heat and Charlotte Hornets center Alonzo Mourning. They have been leasing James’ home since July.
