Rapper Lil’ Boosie raised eyebrows on Instagram a little earlier. Deviating from his usual IG posts of memes, family pics and party flyers, Boosie took time to diss somebody. He posted a screen grab of a video he was watching and referred to the bald man featured as a “clown.” the subject of the video was someone Boosie was very familiar with. It was deceased New Orleans rapper, Chris “Nussie” Jackson, a man Boosie Bad Azz wasn’t fond of.
If you’ll remember, while Boosie was locked up in 2011 for a pending murder charge, he was implicated in another murder. That was the murder of Nussie. Teen hit man, Michael “Marlo Mike” Louding told police that Boosie paid him and Michael “Ghost” Judson $15,000 to have Nussie “stamped out.” He also said that when he spoke to Boosie about delivering the shots that killed Nussie, Boosie told him, “Ghost told me y’all hit that boy. I like that.’’
Boosie and Nussie were allegedly embroiled in street beef and rap beef. The streets say Nussie was a stickup artist and hit stash houses in Baton Rouge, sometimes without a mask., shouting, “The champ is here!” He is also rumored to have killed Boosie’s homeboy, Lil’ Ivy. His whole rap identity was based on his jacking of Boosie’s life and persona. Nussie felt that Boosie had swagger-jacked him to launch his rap career.
Never the less, is it smart for Boosie to make comments like that in public about a man whose death he was implicated in?
