Prior to joining the staff of Don Diva Magazine she worked for numerous media outlets as a writer and as a marketing representative.
As the Executive Editor of Don Diva Magazine, Tiana Carter Chiles (also known as P. Carter) are the exemplar of a hustler with grace. Capitalizing off of her unique upbringing as the daughter of a Kingpin and her well-rounded educational background, she develops each issue from cover to cover for its final release.
