Pee Wee Roscoe, tour manager for Young Thug and documented member of the Atlanta Bloods will be sitting for a minute. The 25-year-old was charged with counts including “aggravated assault, terroristic threats and acts, criminal damage, possession of a firearm by a felon, criminal gang activity, reckless conduct and discharging a weapon near the street” for shooting up Lil’ Wayne’s tour bus in Atlanta in April, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Pee Wee (government name Jimmy Carlton Winfrey) pleaded guilty to six out of 27 of those charges earlier this morning. He was subsequently sentenced to 20 years. Ten of those years will be spent in prison and the other half will be spent on supervised probation.
Pee Wee has pleaded guilty to shooting at Wayne’s tour buses on April 26 as they drove down I-285 near I-75 from his white Camaro. Lil’ Tunechi and his crew were escorted out of Compound nightclub that night due to mounting tensions. The shooting caused $20,000 in damage to the buses, but nobody was injured. Pee Wee was arrested in May and has been been in Cobb County Jail since.
According to the AJC:
Friday morning, Winfrey pleaded guilty to six counts of violation of the street gang terrorism and prevention act as part of a plea deal, Cobb DA Vic Reynolds’ office said.
It was around the time of the shooting that there was an internal beef brewing between Wayne and Birdman over money, and Wayne sued. Birdman and Young Thug were accused of being involved in the shooting.
