It would seem like Young Thug’s recent spat with Plies over the posting of a video of Thugger’s young daughter cursing would caution others against posting videos of their kids online. Young Thug’s Rich Gang partner, Rich Homie Quan, surely didn’t get the memo that everybody’s watching. Quan recently posted a Snapchat video where he was smoking what appeared to be a spliff with his 1-year-old, Royal Lamar sitting on his lap saying,”I be with my dog like Shaggy.”
The post caught some backlash in the blogosphere and in the comments from concerned viewers, telling him not smoke weed around the kid. Quan has bigger worries than angry words online. According to TMZ, the Fulton County Police Department and Child Protective Services have teamed up for an investigation into the matter. Apparently, the Georgia authorities want to know what it was that he was smoking exactly and if this is a regular occurrence in his household. Even if Quan had rolled some tobacco, smoking it so close to the child would still be frowned upon. The investigation will apparently go further than judging whether Quan is a suitable parent. He may also face criminal charges. Some of the potential charges could be endangering a child and reckless behavior.
Either way, things aren’t looking good for the rich homie. If nothing else, just know that when you post something online, the world will see. If you are breaking the law, your illegal actions are documented, so the laws have all the evidence they need.
