Don Diva Magazine does not give refunds for orders that have been shipped out for any reason. Don Diva Magazine is a quarterly publication. We print (4) four times per year. However, we do not offer an exact publication schedule and the publication schedule can change with no notice at the discretion of the publisher. If you are a yearly subscriber, you will receive 4 issues with your subscription even if it takes longer than 12 months.

Ordering for an INMATE:

When ordering for an inmate you must only order magazines and subscriptions from the INMATE page on this site. https://dondivamag.com/product-category/inmate-edition/. These are the only magazines that will be shipped to an inmate. When you purchase for an inmate, the magazine cover will look different than it does on our website; the magazine content is the same. If you order a magazine that is not displayed on the INMATE order page, your order will be placed on hold until you chose alternate issues from the INMATE page. Or, at our sole discretion, we will choose alternate issues to ship in its place. There will be no refunds on orders already shipped due to customer error.

If the inmate’s facility requires an invoice to be shipped with the inmate’s order, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to notify us when ordering prior to shipping. If the order is rejected by the facility there will be a reshipment fee to reship the order with an invoice.

10 for $30 special for an INMATE:

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the inmate can receive 10 magazines in the same package before ordering.  NO EXCEPTIONS. We do not give refunds for orders that are rejected by the facility because they do not accept 10 magazines at once.

INMATE orders- RETURNED/REJECTED:

Ordering magazines to be shipped to an inmate is at your own risk. Delivery of orders/magazines to an inmate is entirely subject to the discretion of the jail/prison in which they are being held. Therefore, Don Diva Magazine cannot be held liable for the delivery of any order to an inmate. We will not reship or provide a full or partial refund due to rejection/return by the inmate’s facility.

Facility Notification to INMATE:

We are aware that many institutions/jails have the policy to notify the inmate that their order has been rejected and/or returned; HOWEVER, we are finding that even though the policy is in place, it is not always followed and the inmate is not always notified and the product is not always returned. In these instances, Don Diva Magazine cannot be held liable for the delivery of any order to an inmate. We will not reship or provide a full or partial refund due to rejection/return by the inmate’s facility.

There is also the possibility that one issue of Don Diva Magazine will be accepted and delivered to an inmate and another won’t be. Again, this is at the sole discretion of the facility and Don Diva Magazine cannot be held liable for the delivery of any order to an inmate. We will not reship or provide a full or partial refund due to rejection/return by the inmate’s facility.

Reshipment Options:

If an order is not delivered to the inmate for any reason, there are two options that the purchaser may choose from:

  1. RESHIP – To reship the order to the original or an alternate address there is a $6.95 fee to cover postage and handling. You may pay the re-shipping fee here. *reshipment fee for a 10 for $30 order is $15.00. Please contact us at customerservice@dondivamag.com. to arrange payment.
  2. EMAIL –  We will email our digital version of Don Diva Magazine to the assigned email provided.
