A 21-year-old woman has accused a sheriff’s deputy of sexual assault after she was forced to spread her legs for a vaginal cavity search outside a Texaco gas station in Harris County, Texas. Charnesia Corley was pulled over for allegedly driving through a red light on June 21 at 10.30pm as she drove to pick up something for her sick mother. When she opened the door the first officer said he smelled marijuana, ordered Corley out, handcuffed her and placed her in his vehicle. But when he got back in his patrol car he said he could still smell it, so called a female deputy to carry out a cavity search.
Spring, Texas, woman has gone public with her story of having her vagina forcibly searched by cops when they claimed that they could smell weed in her car. Charnesia Corley, a 21-year-old African-American woman, had allegedly run through a stop sign when a Harris County patrol car pulled her over on June 21. When a deputy officer claimed he smelled weed in Corley’s car, he handcuffed her and put her in the back of the patrol car while they searched her vehicle. The officer found nothing in the car.
However, upon returning to the patrol car, the deputy officer claimed he smelled the weed in his car now, and that he’d have to call a female officer in to search Corley’s body for weed.
