The United States is, without a doubt, one of the most gun loving countries in the world. While we do not intend to promote/endorse the use of guns, we came across this list of the best new straps of 2016, posted by the Washington Times, and thought we’d share for the gun enthusiasts out there (or any rappers who wanna throw some of these for their next verse) who may be interested.
INLAND M1 ADVISOR PISTOL
This new American made handgun is a legal chopped and shortened version of Inland’s also-new M1 carbine. At a compact 21 inches overall, the Advisor is inspired by the field-modified chopped carbines of the Vietnam War. The Advisor is fitted with original military-type sights and a reproduction of the rare and highly-collectable (low wood walnut stock. The 12-inch barrel is topped off with an original military-style flash hider. Each Advisor comes with a military-style cloth sling and one 15-round magazine. The Advisor will also accommodate both 10- and 30-round military magazines.
NOREEN BN36-Long Range Assassin is the new age target version of the old M1 Garand in the tried and true 30-06 Springfield cartridge. Light and manuverable for the most extreme tasks. Dependable and the most accurate semiautomatic around. Noreen Firearmsannounced the addition of 7mm Rem Mag to the company’s line of BN36 rifles. These rifles are DI guns in an AR-type configuration, but chambered for non-standard calibers including .30-06, .270 Win, 25-06 Rem and 300 Win Mag.
RUGER 22/45 LITE (In green)

RUGER SR-556 TAKEDOWN
Ruger quietly updated the SR-556 Takedown rifle during Christmas week. The main, and perhaps only, change to the gun was the replacement of the heavy quad-rail hand guard with a lighter KeyMod type. The quad-rail equipped rifle tipped the scales at 7.6 pounds, while the new one shaves off a a full half-pound to drop the rifle’s weight to only 7.1.
COLT COMPETITION PISTOL
1911style gun introduced by Colt is available in both .45 ACP and 9mm and comes with a 5″ barrel. A fiber optic front sight and adjustable Novak rear sight are standard.
DAN WESSON BRUIN 10MM LONGSLIDE

RUGER M1 CARBINE
Sturm, Ruger & Co. teamed up with TALO Distributors to introduce an M1 Carbine reproduction based on the company’s 10/22 rifle design. The new guns are not a true reproduction, but have the classic look of the old guns combined with the company’s incredibly popular rimfire action.The new rifles, called the 10/22 M1 Carbine, will be semi-automatic and use the company’s standard magazines. Aftermarket 10/22 magazines should also work in this gun. The standard rifle ships with a single 15-round magazine, but will also take the flush-fitting 10 round mags for an appearance more in keeping with the M1 Carbine lines. A second model that ships with a single 10-round magazine will also be available.

The Double Badger comes configured in either .22 Magnum Rifle/410 Shotgun or .22LR Rifle/410 Shotgun.
